These herbs were harvested from my gardens this summer. They are fresh and full of flavor! Give one a try and get to know the plants a little better.
Use 1-2 teaspoons of tea leaves per 8 oz cup of boiled water. Steep for 5 -7 minutes and enjoy.
Tulsi Flowering Tops - slight licorice/basil flavor, relaxing, and de-stressing
Passion Flower and Leaves - calming, lovely to take before sleep
Butterfly Pea Flower - bright blue tea full of antioxidants and good for the blood vessels
Elder Flower - gentle medicine for colds and fever, edible flower
Hawthorn Berry - heart medicine, supportive in times of loss and grief.
Jiaogulan - the 'herb of immortality', immune, liver, and stress support
Echinacea Purpurea Leaves - immune support
Anise Hyssop Leaves - light licorice flavor, calming
Bee Balm/Bergamot Leaves and Flowers- light oregano/mint flavor, immune support
